At Buyngo.shop, we operate on a dropshipping model with suppliers from China. Due to the nature of our business, we only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, you may request a replacement or refund. To process your request, you must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it.
• Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (as stated in our shipping policy), you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement order.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund upon proof of the mistake.

🔹 Important: We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or ordering the wrong item.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval, and the funds will be credited to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days, depending on the payment provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since all orders are processed and shipped from our overseas suppliers, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

3. Refund Processing
