We offer worldwide shipping, with products shipped directly from China. We are pleased to serve customers in many countries, including Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
Shipping Times
- Europe: Orders typically arrive within 7-20 business days.
- Other International Locations: For example, shipments to Argentina may take up to 35 business days due to longer transit times and customs processing.
We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method chosen, and any customs processing delays.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. While we pack everything securely, please note that the carrier may mishandle packages, leading to outer packaging damage. However, rest assured, the products themselves will be well-protected and should arrive safe and sound. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package. You can use Cainiao’s tracking service to get real-time updates on the location and estimated delivery of your order.
Returns & Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items
